Chefs Claudio and Massimo, lifelong residents of Lake Garda, lead Ristorante Rivalago’s kitchen with decades of experience and a deep connection to the region.
Their philosophy is disciplined simplicity: letting the quality of local ingredients — from the morning’s fresh lake catch to the villa’s own olive oil — shine. Every dish transforms these elements into delicious expressions of Italian culinary tradition.
