Good to Know

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Your room is ready from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 in the morning on the day of departure. Early arrivals are welcome—leave your luggage at reception and enjoy a drink in the garden. Need a late check-in (after 22:00) or late check-out? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

SINGLE-ROOM USAGE

Enjoy our rooms at a reduced rate when booked for single occupancy.

CHILDREN

Young guests are very welcome at Hotel Gardenia al Lago.
Children aged 0–3 years stay for €15 per day; a cot can be provided for €20 per day. For children aged four and over, a third bed can be arranged in selected rooms at an additional charge. Please contact us in advance, as this option is not available in all room categories.

DOGS WELCOME

Bringing your four-legged friend? Excellent choice. Dogs are welcome throughout the hotel—from breakfast in the garden to dinner at the restaurant. As Lake Garda is full of tempting discoveries, we kindly ask that dogs stay on a leash in the hotel and garden. A fee of € 15,– per day applies (food not included—treat negotiations are between you and your dog).

PARKING

Hotel Gardenia al Lago offers an open-air parking lot directly in front of the hotel, free of charge and not bookable. As spaces are limited, additional public parking is available just 200 meters away in the historic old military area (not monitored).

RESTAURANT OPENING

Just arrived and hungry? Our restaurant welcomes you daily from 12:00–14:00 and 19:00–21:30, serving authentic Italian flavors with stunning Lake Garda views. Wednesdays closed.

Especially on Tuesdays, reservations in advance are highly recommended—our lakefront tables fill up fast.

CANCELLATION & TRAVEL INSURANCE

The future is never certain, so we offer peace of mind: you can cancel your stay free of charge up to one month before arrival. Cancellations made later will incur the full stay price. Therefore, we highly recommend adding travel insurance.
